Mission
The mission of the Alghazaly Elementary School Jersey City is to develop young people with active minds and an understanding of Islam and its role in today’s society. The school provides students with the knowledge, skills and experience to enable them to reach their fullest potential as independent thinkers and contributing members of the community. At the same time, it fosters Islamic values, community engagement, respect for differences and individual self-esteem.

Education
From preschool through sixth grade classes are offered by the school from September through June. As part of its common core curriculum, the school encourages experimentation and helps students comprehend the place of Muslims in today's diverse society.
The school also runs an after-school program where kids can get assistance with their schoolwork and English and math tutoring; studying the Quran and Arabic is optional. This program runs throughout the academic year.
A summer program that combines Quran study with academic studies, outdoor play, and field trips is held in July and August.

Homework Assistance, Quran enrichment and Child Care. Arabic Language, Qur’an, and Islamic Studies at every grade level First Lady Abigail Adams historically said “Learning is not attained by chance; it must be sought for with ardor and attended to with diligence.” In this spirit, we encourage all of our students to seize each day at Al-Ghazaly Elementary as a chance to gain the maximum benefit from their privileged education. , your child will receive the one-on one assistance and encouragement they need from our devoted teachers to succeed in all of our
